Level 1 - Beginner
An inclusive class for those just beginning their pilates journey, returning to fitness, pregnant or seniors. We focus on the fundamentals of pilates, while enjoying a full body workout to strengthen, lengthen, increase flexibility, balance and stamina

Level 2- Intermediate
Building on what you have learned in Level 1, take your practice to the next level for coordination, strength and flow. Each class incorporates a variety of challenging exercises that target all muscle groups, providing a full-body workout to challenge and inspire you.

Level 3 - Advanced
An advanced pilates class. This is a faster paced class requiring more control, strength and balance and a strong pilates foundaton. Enjoy a new level of challenges and creative flow. instructor approval required

Power Pilates - Levels 1 and 2
A dynamic pilates class designed to build strength, improve posture, and support healthy bones and joints. With a blend of traditional Pilates, weights, standing work, and functional movements, this class challenges your whole body. Boost strength, metabolism, and confidence, while still honoring the principles of alignment and control. All levels welcome.

Jump & Flow - All Levels
Low impact pilates class with the jump board. Less intense than our Cardio Jump class this class focuses on coordination, improved joint health and mobility, strengthening the core and lower body. This class is great for bone health! Part jump board, part springboard and stretching!

Cardio Jump - Intermediate
For a low impact but high energy class, try the Cardio Jump! Pilates engaging in more dynamic movements to elevate the heart rate while still being gentle on the joints. This is for intermediate clients who have pilates experience.

Renew & Revive - All Levels
Enjoy a relaxing class to rejuvenate your muscles and your mind. This class for all levels. You will experience flow movement, stretching and foam rolling to reduce tight muscles and soreness. A Pilates massage!

Centered Strength - Levels 1 & 2
This reformer class blends balance challenges, core and glute strength, and mobility work for a full-body workout that keeps you strong and steady. You’ll push your stability, build functional strength, and finish with foam rolling to leave your body moving freely and feeling energized.

Start your day off with this fun and invigorating class. This is dynamic energizing reformer based class with mixed equipment. Transform your body with a focus on abs, glutes and arms. This all levels class is appropriate for everyone!
