Hi! I’m Red. I have played competitive sports and collegiate beach volleyball for most of my life, but my focus has shifted from an extreme performance mindset to a lifelong healthy foundation. I love to help real people with real bodies who want sustainable results. My Pilates practice is designed for the long game. Whether we’re working on injury prevention, building core stability, or we just want to get moving, my goal is to help you meet realistic milestones that keep you in shape for a lifetime not just a season.
